2. Service Provision

Webbed provides custom mobile application design and development services for clients seeking to launch apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play platforms.

3. User Obligations

• You warrant that you own or have permission to use all materials (including code, graphics, and text) provided to us for your project.
• You agree to make timely payments based on the agreed-upon milestones and contract terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Webbed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
